This policy describes the procedures for Invesco Indexing’s internal review of Index methodologies, changes to the methodologies and procedures performed when the Index administered is ceasing publication.
This policy is considered part of all index methodology documents. This policy sets out the process that Invesco Indexing follows in relation to any event that may warrant consideration for recalculation.

Statement of Adherence to the International Organization of Securities Commissions ("IOSCO") Principles for Financial Benchmarks
The purpose of these documents is to outline the information required in Article 27 of the EU regulation on indices used as financial benchmarks (“BMR”) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/1643. The documents include clear definitions of the market or economic reality measured by the benchmarks and the circumstances in which such measurement may become unreliable, outlines rules around exercise of judgement or discretion and provides some additional information about the benchmarks.

For these reasons, such projection of information to future periods would be inappropriate;
PwC will be entitled to the benefit of and to enforce these terms; and
These terms and any dispute arising from them, whether contractual or non-contractual, are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
