Invesco BulletShares USD Corporate & High Yield Corporate Bond Indexes - Calculation Agent Services Transition Update

In coordination with Nasdaq Global Indexes and ICE Data Services, Invesco Indexing will be transitioning Index Calculator and data dissemination service requirements for BulletShares® USD Corporate Investment Grade and High Yield Bond Indexes to ICE Data Services (formerly provided by Nasdaq Global Indexes).

Effective after the close of business on Friday, December 29 2023, Nasdaq will cease the calculation and dissemination of the following indexes:

• BS USD Corporate Bond 2025 TR Index (Symbol BSCBP)
• BS USD Corporate Bond 2026 TR Index (Symbol BSCBQ)

• BS USD Corporate Bond 2029 TR Index (Symbol BSCBT)
• BS USD Corporate Bond 2030 TR Index (Symbol BSCBU)

Please contact Invesco Indexing LLC for information on index administration and calculation services for impacted indexes, data dissemination service requirements will be provided by ICE Data Services going forward.

Which data feeds will cease dissemination of related index data?

Data feeds formerly provided through Nasdaq Proprietary Index Data Services will cease dissemination of intraday index values and directory messages for the above indexes as of the Effective Date. The related data feeds are:

• Nasdaq Global Index Data ServiceSM (GIDS)
• Nasdaq Global Index WatchSM (GIW)
• Nasdaq Global Index FlexFile Delivery (GIFFD)
