Invesco Indexing Notification of Change in Benchmark Administrator and Publisher

Invesco Indexing LLC (“Invesco Indexing”) is issuing this notification regarding a change in the Benchmark Administrator for the following indices:

  • Invesco Dynamic Growth Index (IIDGROW)
  • Invesco Peak Index (IIPEAK)
  • Invesco Peak 2 Index (IIPEAK2)
  • Invesco QQQ Portfolio Plus Index (IIIQQQPP)
  • Invesco QQQ Growth Index (IIQQQG)
  • Invesco QQQ 15 Index (IIQQQ15)
  • Invesco New Economy Index (IINEWEC)

Effective June 22, 2026, benchmark administration and publication of these indices will transition from Invesco Indexing LLC to Solactive AG.

Correspondingly, the Calculation Agent will change as follows:

  • Invesco Dynamic Growth Index (IIDGROW) – S&P Dow Jones Indices to Solactive AG
  • Invesco Peak Index (IIPEAK) – S&P Down Jones Indices to Solactive AG
  • Invesco Peak 2 Index (IIPEAK2) – Invesco Indexing to Solactive AG
  • Invesco QQQ Portfolio Plus Index (IIIQQQPP) – Invesco Indexing to Solactive AG
  • Invesco QQQ Growth Index (IIQQQG) – Invesco Indexing to Solactive AG
  • Invesco QQQ 15 Index (IIQQQ15) – Invesco Indexing to Solactive AG
  • Invesco New Economy Index (IINEWEC) – Invesco Indexing to Solactive AG

Following the transition date, Solactive AG, will assume responsibility for the ongoing administration, governance, calculation oversight, and daily publication of the indices. The index methodology will remain materially unchanged as a result of this transition. Index ticker codes and existing identifiers across major data distributors will also remain unchanged.

Additionally, the reference rate for the Invesco Peak II Index and the Invesco QQQ Growth Index will change as follows below.   This is on a go forward basis, and back-testing has shown this change does not materially impact the indexes.

  • Bloomberg US Generic Government 10 year Index to replaced by Refinitiv United States 10 Year benchmark
  • Bloomberg US Generic Government 2 Year index to be replaced by Refinitiv United States 2 Year benchmark
