Invesco Indexing LLC (“Invesco Indexing”) is issuing this notification regarding a change in the Benchmark Administrator for the following indices:
- Invesco Strategic US Index (IISUL)
- Invesco Global Total Market Broad Quality Yield Index (IIGTBQY)
- Invesco Developed Markets ex-Japan All Cap REIT Index (IIDKR; IIDKRY)
- Invesco Japan All Cap REIT Index (IIJR; IIJRY)
- Invesco Global ex-Japan & Korea Index (IIGK)
- Invesco Global ex-Japan & Korea ESG Insight Index (IIGKEI; IIGKEIY)
Effective September 18, 2026, benchmark administration and publication of these indices will transition from Invesco Indexing to Solactive AG. As part of this transition, the Calculation Agent will also change to Solactive AG.
Following the transition date, Solactive AG, will assume responsibility for the ongoing administration, governance, calculation oversight, and daily publication of the indices. The index methodology will remain materially unchanged as a result of this transition. Index ticker codes and existing identifiers across major data distributors will also remain unchanged.
The names of the indexes will be updated as follows on September 18.
- Solactive Global Total Market Broad Quality Yield Index (IIGTBQY)
- Solactive Developed Markets ex-Japan Select All Cap REIT Index (IIDKR; IIDKRY)
- Solactive Japan Select All Cap REIT Index (IIJR; IIJRY)
- Solactive Developed Markets ex-Japan & Korea Select Index (IIGK)
- Solactive Global ex-Japan & Korea ESG Insight Index (IIGKEI; IIGKEIY)
The following other methodology changes will occur as a result of the transition from Invesco Indexing to Solactive AG
- The investable universe will change from the Invesco Investable Universe to the Solactive Global Benchmark Series (GBS)
- For US Equity Indexes, the Index will follow the US Exchange Holiday schedule, for all other indexes, they will calculate Monday through Friday, using prior day information if an exchange is closed
- Corporate actions will be handled according to the Solactive Corporate Action policy, located at: https://www.solactive.com/documents/equityindex-methodology/
