Invesco Indexing Notification of Consultation for Changes to the Index Methodology document for the Invesco GLOBAL EX-Japan & Kores ESG Insight Index

Invesco Indexing is initiating a notification for a consultation to the Index Methodology Document.

Invesco Indexing is seeking user feedback on two (2) proposed changes to the index methodology document as follows.

1. Change evaluation of Carbon Disclosure and Reporting (CDP) exclusion.   Currently, firms with no score are excluded from the universe, propose to change so that firms with no score in current year, but had a score of A or B in prior year will be included.   This is to control turnover for those firms who may report CDP after the normal deadline.
2. Currently, stocks involved in product or management of weapons, oil sands, oil & gas, coal or tobacco have a 0% tolerance.  Proposal is to increase to 5% tolerance.

Invesco Indexing is accepting feedback on these changes in a consultation period to end on April 1, 2025.  Proposed implementation would occur on April 30, 2025, following feedback from the consultation period.
