After further review, Invesco Indexing proposes to cease publication of the 3 Indexes listed below:

• Invesco Strategic Developed ex US Small Company Index
• Invesco US Liquid Corporate Bond Index
• Invesco US Liquid Corporate ESG Bond Index

Invesco Indexing welcomes feedback regarding this proposal through June 3, 2024. Please contact client support at IndexSupport@invesco.com. Index will cease publication on June 15, 2024.
