After further review, Invesco Indexing proposes to cease publication of the Indexes listed below:

• Invesco US Inclusion Index
• Invesco Global Climate Alignment Index
• Invesco Global Gender Balance Index
• Invesco US Social Equity Index

Invesco Indexing welcomes feedback regarding this proposal through March 18, 2024. Please contact client support at IndexSupport@invesco.com. Index will cease publication on March 31, 2024.
